Our story
BLoW was founded from a desire to do something worthwhile. After two decades of chasing corporate bullshit, I decided that I’d had enough. It was all talk, talk, talk, and very little walk. The world of marketing and business seemed irrelevant, empty, and dumb. A mindless search for growth and profit, unrelated to the challenges in our world.
And shit was happening. Shifts that we’ve been seeing for the last two decades, if not longer, were speeding up. Emerging technologies reshaping our media landscape, geo-political instability, and democracy in decline.
I wanted to create more hope in the world. And hope is born out of agency. The capacity to see the path to your goals and pursue them. Our agency is built on capability, and capability relies on knowledge. From this understanding BLoW was born – an idea to help people think better.
BLoW is a movement for independent thinking. We are not interested in money, fame, or power. We are interested in thoughts, creativity, and life. And we want to put some good back into the world.

Life is a mess —and there’s nothing else like it
Our world spins with confusion, chaos, and noise, and we’ve lost sight of what it means to truly live. We’ve traded democracy and free speech for authority and propaganda, curiosity for conformity, freedom for safety, truth for convenient lies. We’ve silenced the questions that make us human and, in return, we feel emptier, more disconnected, and lonelier than ever.
This cannot be it
We refuse to believe that this is the pinnacle of human history: streaming mindlessly, staging fake lives for fake friends, numbing ourselves with fast comforts that only deepen the void.
We will break free
We’ve chosen to rebel against the tidy boxes and cheap comforts that tame us. We’re not here to blend in, to be simplified, to fit neatly into someone else’s idea of “enough.” We want the messy, the open-ended, the undefined. To push boundaries and embrace the uncomfortable. That which makes life worth living.
Together, we seek more
This is a call to the ones who feel that ache for something real. Together, we will question, imagine, create. We’ll find meaning not in perfection or embellishment but in the raw and the real. If what we’re looking for doesn’t exist yet, we’ll fucking build it from scratch.

I’ve always had this ethos for equality and justice paired with a curiosity about the world. Trying to understand the sources of knowledge, the baseline for our thinking, and understanding human behaviour. I became a strategist by chance, working for world-leading agencies, top 100 brands, and in the educational sector I’ve had the luxury to exploe. And it’s been fun, but it’s also seemed absolutely fucking uselessled.
I’ve been searching for new answers, using my background in philosophy, history of ideas, art, and psychology, to combine different types of ideas and make a change. And that change is BLoW.
As a strategist, I’m used to looking at the big picture and finding possible ways. As an educator, I use my knowledge to make the complex tangible, and as an academic, I drill deeper into the things that fascinate me. This is what I want to bring to the world.
